Our National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and (NSPIRE V) inspections are performed in compliance with HUD’s Public Management Assessment Program.
They are as follows:
♦ Multifamily/public housing inspections.
♦ Healthcare Assist PHA’s in addressing minor deficiencies, that unattended, could turn into major expenditures.
♦ Re-inspections and 24-hour or emergency inspections, after the annual inspection has been completed.

This service has helped many clients track property conditions and damages to apartments/dwelling units, as well as providing firsthand documentation necessary for court proceedings.

With this yearly snapshot of unit conditions, it ensures tenants are complying with their responsibilities of the program and highlights damages potentially incurred by the resident. In addition, it allows the HA to observe owner property maintenance practices as it relates to safe and healthy conditions.
